2. What data do we process?

3. Form submission and e-mail forwarding
The data entered in the contact and quotation form is forwarded by e-mail to the controller's address iroda@thermin.hu by a mailing script running on the website's own hosting (VPS4You Kft.), which also sends an automatic confirmation to the e-mail address provided. No third-party form service receives the data and the website does not store the message; incoming e-mails are kept by the controller for the period set out in section 2. Spam is filtered by a hidden check field that records no personal data.
4. Cookies
Necessary storage. The website records the choice you made in the cookie banner on your device (for 12 months). No consent is needed for this.
Statistics cookies (Google Analytics 4) — only with your consent. If you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner, Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_<ID> cookies (expiry: 2 years). They are used to produce aggregated statistics on which pages and content are viewed. Measurement runs without advertising storage; the website does not use marketing or profiling cookies. Before you decide, or if you choose “Necessary only”, Google Analytics neither sets nor reads cookies: in Google's consent mode the tag then only sends cookieless, identifier-free aggregate signals (for example that a page was viewed and the device type), which cannot identify the visitor.
You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the page; on withdrawal the statistics cookies are deleted. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
The website does not embed any external map service: the locations are shown on a static map image of our own. The links next to the addresses open Google Maps in a new tab — from that point Google LLC's own privacy rules apply.

The website's hosting servers are operated in Hungary, within the European Union. Google may also process Google Analytics data outside the European Union, in the United States; Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of protection on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision.
6. Data transfers
We do not pass your data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is transferred only where required by law, or to the processors listed above.

You can submit your request at iroda@thermin.hu or by post. We will respond within 30 days at the latest.
8. Remedies
You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., naih.hu), or bring the matter before a court.
9. Data security
The website is available over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Only authorised colleagues have access to the data.
10. Changes to this notice
We reserve the right to amend this notice unilaterally. The version in force at any time is available on this page.
